That’s the wrong starting point.
Most AI initiatives fail because they begin with technology — not need.
What you end up with is a clever solution searching for a problem.
The smarter move? Start with your customer’s pain.
Begin with:
• What’s hard, expensive, or slow for your users?
• What decisions do they make repeatedly or poorly?
• What internal process is a bottleneck to scale?
Then — and only then — decide if AI is the best way to solve it.
Use AI as:
✅ A feature → to reduce friction
✅ A platform → to scale decisions
✅ A differentiator → to create compounding advantage
